This is a great open house with amazing water views, nice landscaping and a nice breeze when all of the double doors are opened up. It is a large space, and very comfortable to hang out in and out of the house. Sean is a really nice guy, good with communication and he and Tess will make sure you have good recommendations and everything you need, including moped/cycles (which you will want if planning to go beyond general luna to the surf spots or surrounding areas). Because the house is designed to be mostly open to the outside, you will get dust, bugs, etc in the house – hence the other review saying it was difficult to keep clean – but that’s the trade-off for feeling like your living room is on the beach! There are also termites and geckos that add to the daily cleanup. Like most of the island, the beach isn’t really for swimming, being about 2 feet deep at high tide. There are more rooms available to rent (not attached), so this would be an awesome place for a big group. It also had the best wifi on the island. We had a great stay here and loved lounging around with the house wide open. Highly recommended!

Sean is a very good host and was available at any time for our convenience. The house is very convenient and located a few minutes away from General Luna. The view is amazing ! Thanks again Sean !

Zuss is such a wonderful communicative host -which is what I think is the most important quality in a host. It was my first visit to Siargao and she arrange airport transposition to her place and back. She also helped me book an island hopping tour! I had a positive experience staying at her place and will book it again the next time I go to Siargao 🙂

Very accommodating host, prompt conversation. I would recommend Zuss’s place to friends and family who are planning to have their vacation at Siargao. We enjoyed our stay.
